Samsung Electronics to Introduce Galaxy S4 as Early as March

• A Samsung Electronics official said today that the company is developing the Galaxy S4 with an aim to introduce the product in March. Upon development, the company plans to decide among Korea, the US and the UK for the place to launch the smartphone.
• Official has reported that Samsung plans to gain an advantage before the final decisions of the US court and the US International Trade Commission (ITC) are announced in January and February, respectively.
